Business Technology drives digitalization at Fortum, enabling smart solutions for customers, improved asset and trading productivity, and new data driven business models. The organization brings together technical and digital competences and solutions to help optimize Fortum's entire value chain, create excellent customer experiences and drive new sources of revenue.

Your role
We are looking for a Product Manager, Productivity solutions. You will be supporting our production unit's operations by managing and developing our applications in the areas of Industry 4.0 related monitoring, optimization and AI/ML related solutions.

You will work in our Digital and Process Services function's Asset Services team. Asset Services is supporting Fortum businesses around power plant operations and asset management. Your location will be Espoo.

In Your Role, You Will

• manage application portfolio
• plan roadmaps for the Productivity solutions products together with business owners and other stakeholders (e.g. business relationship managers, enterprise architects and security organizations)
• be responsible for the development and maintenance activities of the named solutions and products
• drive development projects and delivery streams to meet the business demands
• manage all stakeholders, including the vendor co-operation
• ensure sufficient budget and delivery resources based on business priorities

You will be working with a small team of technology experts in the Assets domain. Our team is responsible for development and maintenance of the solutions related to Productivity solutions area for our production fleet.

We are looking for a good combination of experiences, skills and desire from:

• experience in power plants and the energy sector as a whole
• experience in cloud technologies (especially AWS)
• experience in product management, product development and agile software development (especially Scrum)
• experience in managing application portfolios, utilizing ITIL or similar frameworks together with business and technology teams would be a benefit, but not a requirement
• good understanding of technology capabilities, and ability to support business owner with digital solutions
• good communication skills in English, ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders, vendors and service providers
• University level degree in IT or Engineering or similar relevant education
